OUR FARMS
The heart of our coffee magic beats in the Southwest of Antioquia, in a town named Andes, which in its history registers the development of coffee growing since 1870 and with the strengthening of this productive activity in the following years, sees its consolidation around 1892. Andes is coffee, its water sources, mountains, fauna and flora.
It is here where our nine farms are established, which with an average altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level, become a network of microclimates and optimal soils to harvest coffee beans of the highest quality.
NATURAL ENVIRONMENT THAT CARES FOR COFFEE
Our farms are bathed by diverse streams, creeks and rivers in the proximity of the Central Mountain Range of the Andes, with an influence marked by abundant rainfall from the Colombian Pacific, which causes the formation of specific microclimates that favor the slow growth and maturation of the beans, directly impacting the final quality of the cup, with optimal Brix degrees.

The location of our farms is the key to give shelter to a coffee that from its plantation is destined for greatness. The characteristics of Andes, Antioquia, provide us with:
· Ideal combination of acids, antioxidants, trigonelline, sucrose and caffeine in the bean, thanks to the combination of altitudes found in the municipality that are conducive to the Arabica species.
· Fertile soils with the necessary nutrients to cultivate specialty coffee.
· Appropriate mix between average temperature (21.2°C) and average annual rainfall (2,092 mm) for healthy plant growth.
